Fingerprinting InformationBCI WebCheck Fingerprinting
BCI fingerprinting is an electronic fingerprint submission to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation (BCI&I). This conducts a background check in the state of Ohio only. A "5-year rule" is usually used to determine if a BCI only transaction should be conducted. The "5-year rule" means that you've lived in Ohio continuously for the last 5 years. If you are a company who regularly sends employees for background checks, we can offer special pricing and group discounts. (Mobile Service Offered for Groups)
FBI WebCheck Fingerprinting
FBI fingerprinting is an electronic fingerprint submission to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This conducts a nationwide background check, completed in every state. The "5-year rule" is also used here, but it is to determine if an FBI transaction should be conducted. The "5-year rule" that applies here means that you have NOT lived in Ohio continuously for the last 5 years. If this is the case then you will likely need a BCI background check along with the FBI background check (BFBI). If you are a company who regularly sends employees for background checks, we can offer special pricing and group discounts. (Mobile Service Offered for Groups)
BFBI WebCheck Fingerprinting
BFBI fingerprinting is an electronic fingerprint submitted simultaneously to both the Ohio Bureau of Identification and Investigation (BCI&I) and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). This is almost always required if you have NOT lived in Ohio continuously for the last 5 years. However, for some facilities or certain licensing, they may also require a BFBI background check regardless. Some examples of these are certain nursing facilities, child care centers, and some state agencies. If you are a company who regularly sends employees for background checks, we can offer special pricing and group discounts. (Mobile Service Offered for Groups)
Rolled Ink Fingerprint Cards
Rolled ink fingerprinting is the rolling of each finger, from edge to edge in ink and onto a card. We can do up to 4 cards. These cards are usually required for out of state licensing or crossing state borders in certain situations. Requirements may vary. If you are a company who regularly sends employees for background checks, we can offer special pricing and group discounts. (Mobile Service Offered for Groups)
